What are learning and development courses?
Learning and development courses are structured training programmes that build specific workplace skills. They differ from academic qualifications in that the focus is application rather than assessment. Finance Training Academy delivers L&D courses in finance, AI and professional skills for UK organisations and individual professionals.
Who are Finance Training Academy's courses for?
Our courses are built for two groups. L&D and training managers commissioning development for teams or whole departments, and individual professionals investing in their own careers. We work with FTSE 250 companies, local councils, public sector bodies, start-ups and established corporates.
Can courses be tailored to our organisation?
Yes. Courses can be adapted to reflect your sector, your systems, your reporting cycle and the specific challenges your teams face. Tailoring is agreed during an initial conversation before anything is booked. Email hello@financetrainingacademy.com to talk it through.
Do you deliver training online or face to face?
Courses are available online, face to face and blended. Session formats have previously included full-day, half-day and 90-minute options. Please confirm the current format list before this goes live, as the existing site copy may be out of date.
Can individuals book, or is it teams only?
Both. Individuals can book onto a course directly, and organisations can book training for a team or a whole department. Finance Training Academy works with L&D managers commissioning development for groups, and with individual professionals investing in their own careers.
