This week my message for you is to savour the journey as a Finance Business Partner. I usually say enjoy the journey. I have a post-it on my desk to remind me daily to enjoy the journey.
The reason I switched it to savour the journey is sometimes we go through really difficult times. Particularly, at the time of recording, the global coronavirus pandemic some people have gone through tough times. It might be difficult to say enjoy the journey whilst being made redundant or enjoy the journey whilst making other people redundant. Therefore, I want to say savour the journey.

Savour the learning! Savour the journey — for the bad days, as well as the good days.
Remember to enjoy the journey — to savour the journey! Everything has some learning in it. Make the most of all these learning experiences, whether good or bad.
