Woohooo!!  It’s our 10-year anniversary at the FTA, can you believe it?! 

When I set up in business in January 2013, I had no idea the incredible people I would meet & work with, the adventures I would have, the travelling I would do & that we would go truly global & have the pleasure & privilege of working with so many Finance professionals & Finance Business Partners around the world.  Wow! 

And that is what it is on a daily basis – a real privilege, honour & joy to do what we do.  Whether it is running our popular Finance Business Partner Transformation Programme, delivering our lively training courses, speaking at high-profile conferences & events, supporting our incredible members in our dedicated Finance Business Partner FBP Members Club®, running our ever-expanding annual conference – FBP Bootcamp® in October, writing books (most relevant here: ‘Introduction to Finance Business Partnering – Fad or Value Add?’) or – more announcements later this year! – creating something very special to upskill & uplevel Finance Business Partners everywhere!  A company is a continual work in progress, creating something from nothing & always adapting to ever-changing circumstances & needs. 

A huge thank you to all of you who have been on this journey with myself & our talented team so far.  Here’s to another amazing 10 years ahead, whoop whoop!!
